Customer Growth Manager (m/f/d)

We are representing a fast-growing security and compliance technology firm seeking a Customer Growth Manager to join their Munich office. This is a rare opportunity to build an account management function from the ground up while driving meaningful expansion across an existing customer portfolio. Responsibilities

• Take ownership of expansion revenue across a carefully selected portfolio of existing customers with significant growth potential
• Help shape the account management function by developing processes, collaboration models, and best practices as one of the first hires in this capacity
• Create and execute strategic account plans that identify new use cases, engage additional stakeholders, and unlock commercial opportunities
• Convert customer needs, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements into revenue-generating conversations
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Professional Services teams to leverage insights and identify expansion opportunities
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and lead commercial discussions from discovery through negotiation and close
• Drive long-term account growth while expanding the adoption of the full solution suite across your portfolio
• Work closely with the wider Sales team and report directly to the Head of Sales

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience owning revenue targets across a portfolio of existing customers, named accounts, or a book of business in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities where others see satisfied customers
• Consistent track record of converting opportunities into revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and strategic account development
• Strong stakeholder navigation skills and ability to build compelling business cases that drive commercial outcomes
• Comfort operating in environments where processes are still being built, viewing ambiguity as opportunity rather than obstacle
• Fluency in both German and English
