Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education and training organization in Berlin seeking an instructor to deliver practical, engaging instruction to administrative professionals pursuing their qualifications. In this role, you will:

• Deliver instruction in Berlin budget law, public procurement law, public administrative procedures, digital records management, accounting, and general administrative law
• Prepare participants for their final examinations with the Berlin Administrative Academy
• Develop course materials and e-learning content that support modern didactic approaches
• Create structured lesson plans that bridge theory and real-world administrative practice

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with deep knowledge of German public administration and the ability to transfer that expertise effectively:

• Completed degree (Fachhochschule or university) in public administration, law, or business administration with relevant focus areas
• Alternatively: completed vocational training as an administrative specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r) with several years of practical experience
• Demonstrated ability to structure and design instruction using sound pedagogical methods
• Experience with e-learning systems and willingness to develop digital learning materials
• Pedagogical qualification such as Ausbildereignung is advantageous
• German language proficiency is essential for this role

This position is available as full-time, part-time, or freelance basis, with immediate start.
