About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education and professional development organization in Berlin seeking passionate freelance trainers to deliver Microsoft Office training for adult learners. Our client provides continuing education and commercial retraining programs, and we need instructors who bring creative teaching methods and modern pedagogical approaches to in-person classroom sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person training sessions on PC and internet fundamentals
• Teach Microsoft Office applications including Word (mail merge, forms), Excel (formulas, functions, charts), PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Provide instruction on data protection and data security topics
• Prepare adult learners for ICDL Base certification exams
• Support exam preparation for commercial office management qualifications (AP 1)
• Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences using contemporary teaching methods
• Systematically structure and deliver learning content through the organization's learning management system

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable experience in adult education and professional training
• Strong skills in delivering dynamic, action-oriented instruction with modern didactic methods
• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an advanced level
• Pedagogical qualification such as trainer certification (Ausbildereignung) or comparable educational background (preferred)
• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Willingness to systematically develop and organize teaching materials
• Location: Berlin, Germany – in-person instruction required
• Employment type: Freelance / Honorarbasis (fee-based)
