Sr. Professional Services Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Sr. Professional Services Consultant based in France. Our talent team is working with a client who specializes in breach containment and Zero Trust security solutions for hybrid multi-cloud environments.

In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, managing platform deployments, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring successful implementation of security solutions. You'll work independently on customer deployments while collaborating with senior team members on complex architectural considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor for clients during platform integration and deployment
• Manage deployments and upgrades, coordinating timeframes and required resources
• Conduct technical reviews and provide guidance on change preparation
• Develop API scripts to enhance service deployment, monitoring, and management
• Provide best practices, documentation, and optimization recommendations
• Monitor and troubleshoot deployments, addressing anomalies and performance issues
• Act as primary interface between client teams and internal product and support teams
• Provide metrics and reporting on deployment effectiveness
• Support internal teams with integration documentation and policy development
• Facilitate testing and validation for client service teams
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions
• Complete administrative documentation including timesheets and weekly reports

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of consulting or advisory experience
• Strong experience with Linux (CentOS/Red Hat preferred) and Windows Server platforms
• Experience with cloud computing service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
• Experience with container platform architecture (Kubernetes, OpenShift, etc.)
• Proficiency with automation and scripting tools (Bash, Python, Ruby, Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
• Expertise in networking concepts, including network flows, protocols, and application security controls
• Strong problem-solving ability to diagnose issues in unfamiliar technology environments
• Ability to work with evolving technology and quickly adapt to new tools
• Client-facing skills, including conflict resolution and project management experience
• Excellent communication skills with ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure
• Experience within a Professional Services team of a security vendor is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally for product training and knowledge development
