This is a full-time, in-office position at Tarsus Pharmaceuticals, where you'll develop and execute comprehensive professional relations strategies that establish the company as a trusted partner within the eye care sector. You'll be instrumental in shaping how we engage with thought leaders, build clinical awareness around emerging treatment areas like Demodex blepharitis, and position our pipeline for successful market entry.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement thought leader engagement programs that align with commercial and clinical objectives
- Develop conference strategy and sponsorship plans that amplify Tarsus' visibility and credibility in ophthalmology
- Lead relationship-building initiatives with key opinion leaders and clinical communities
- Coordinate professional education efforts and medical affairs partnerships
- Monitor industry landscape and competitive positioning in professional relations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy
- Evaluate impact and ROI of professional relations initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in professional relations, medical affairs, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated success building and managing thought leader programs
- Strong knowledge of ophthalmology or eye care industry dynamics
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic conference and sponsorship plans
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking with strong project management capabilities
