About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at CLS Living, you'll be responsible for keeping our facilities in excellent working order. This role combines hands-on technical skills with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and resident satisfaction. You'll work as part of our operations team to address maintenance needs promptly and prevent facility issues before they impact our community.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electrical components
- Respond to resident maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Inspect, test, and repair appliances, fixtures, and facility equipment
- Maintain maintenance records and document work completed
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility regulations
- Support deep cleaning and seasonal maintenance projects
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar maintenance role
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and basic electrical systems
