About the Role

As Retail Sales Lead at the Simon Wiesenthal Center, you'll oversee retail operations that bring our mission to life. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll manage daily sales activities, mentor your team, and create an engaging environment that connects visitors with our educational resources and products. Your leadership directly supports the organization's work in Holocaust education, human rights advocacy, and tolerance building.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the retail team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Drive sales goals and monitor key metrics to ensure team performance meets organizational targets
• Oversee inventory management, merchandising, and product display to maximize sales opportunities
• Create a welcoming customer experience that reflects our commitment to education and respect
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the Center's mission and visitor engagement goals
• Handle scheduling, payroll administration, and staff development in collaboration with HR
• Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance to management
