Role Overview
As a Senior Analyst focused on Reporting and Data Insights at Workday, you'll transform complex data into actionable business intelligence. This position combines technical expertise with business understanding, delivering reporting solutions and insights that enable stakeholders to measure performance, uncover trends, and make informed strategic decisions.
Core Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards addressing diverse business needs
- Analyze data to discover trends, patterns, and insights supporting business objectives
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions
- Contribute to the development of analytics frameworks and reporting best practices
- Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems
