Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential global media organisation seeking a Solutions Architect to drive innovation in measurement and data solutions. This is a pivotal role blending strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver competitive differentiation for leading global brands.

In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with global solution leads and local teams to design, test, and implement new measurement solutions
• Engage with partners and vendors at a technical level to architect solutions, drive development, and establish joint roadmaps
• Design testing frameworks and guide proof-of-concept market tests to support iterative development
• Enhance the scale and sophistication of data and measurement solution adoption across markets
• Serve as a subject matter expert, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities across inventory, data, and technology
• Contribute to business cases, illustrating the value and impact of new solutions
• Support go-to-market strategy, positioning, marketing, and training materials for new solutions
• Research, assess, track, and evaluate the success of new solutions
• Drive a culture of innovation across the global organisation

What We're Looking For

Core Experience:

• Background in innovation teams, product development, or client solutions within media and advertising
• Deep experience in data and measurement environments, with understanding of programmatic advertising across multiple channels
• Experience working across multiple markets and disciplines is highly beneficial
• Natural curiosity for emerging technologies, digital innovation, and the evolving media landscape

Data and Measurement Expertise:

• Experience in ad measurement covering reach/frequency, addressability, viewability, attention, and brand effectiveness
• Familiarity with advanced measurement methodologies including brand lift surveys, attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
• Experience working with complex datasets such as consumer profiling, retail/sales data, and geolocation

Location and Work Rights:

• Based in London with hybrid working (approximately four days per week in office)
• Must have the right to work in the UK
