Role Overview

In this ServiceNow ESM Manager role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale service management solutions. You'll combine deep ServiceNow platform knowledge with consulting acumen to guide organizations through complex digital transformation. Your technical foundation and management capabilities will position you to oversee implementations, mentor technical teams, and ensure solutions align with strategic business objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow ESM implementations and manage the full project lifecycle from discovery through deployment
  • Architect service management solutions that address complex organizational needs and drive operational efficiency
  • Provide technical consulting to clients on platform capabilities, best practices, and transformation strategies
  • Oversee and mentor technical teams throughout project delivery
  • Conduct business process analysis and recommend system improvements
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical concepts to executive and operational audiences
  • Ensure solution quality, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support long-term client success

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow implementations, particularly within Enterprise Service Management
  • Strong technical foundation in ServiceNow platform administration and configuration
  • Demonstrated consulting experience advising clients on service management strategy and technology
  • Leadership experience managing technical teams and driving complex projects
  • Deep understanding of ITSM best practices and enterprise service management concepts
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business audiences
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
