About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you'll be the backbone of our store operations. You'll deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining store standards and driving sales performance. This is a hands-on position where you'll make a direct impact on both customer satisfaction and store success.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assist them in finding products and making purchases
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain clean, organized store displays
• Operate the register accurately and process customer transactions
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and store policies
• Handle merchandise receiving, pricing, and inventory responsibilities
• Support loss prevention and security procedures
• Assist with store cleaning and opening or closing procedures as scheduled
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and operational goals
