What You'll Do

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and complete point-of-sale transactions
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering product questions
• Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and maintain organized, clean store displays
• Support store operations during peak hours and busy seasons
• Help train and mentor junior team members on store procedures and customer service standards
• Handle opening or closing duties as assigned, including cash handling and till reconciliation
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
• Follow Dollar General's safety and merchandising standards

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service focused approach
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including flexibility for store needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic math and cash handling experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Willingness to learn company systems and follow procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
