STORE MANAGER IN HARTFORD, AR

Dollar General is seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Store Manager to lead our Hartford, Arkansas location. This full-time position offers the opportunity to develop your retail leadership skills while serving our customers and community across Sebastian County.

About the Role

As Store Manager in Hartford, AR, you'll oversee all daily operations of your Dollar General store. This leadership role combines customer focus, team development, and operational excellence. You'll report directly to District Management and take ownership of your store's success, from opening to closing, and everything in between.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and schedule a dedicated store team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory control, merchandise placement, and stock rotation to maximize sales
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation
• Monitor cash handling procedures, process deposits, and maintain store security
• Meet sales targets and control expenses while building store profitability
