About the Role
We're seeking an ASE-Certified Service Technician to become a cornerstone of our service department. This is a full-time position offering $30–$50 per flag hour—compensation that reflects the expertise you bring to every repair. You'll work in a modern facility using current diagnostic equipment, supported by management that invests in ongoing training and advancement for career-focused technicians.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of mechanical, electrical, and computer-controlled vehicle systems
- Perform repairs on Hyundai models and other vehicles, maintaining manufacturer specifications and quality standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers about vehicle condition and repair recommendations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service work performed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and shop procedures to ensure a secure working environment
What We're Looking For
- Current ASE Certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise
- Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with ability to solve complex problems independently
- Detail-oriented approach to workmanship with genuine pride in delivering quality repairs
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team attitude
- Experience working in a full-service automotive shop, dealership, or independent service center
- Willingness to learn and stay current with evolving automotive technology
