About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential telecommunications provider in Cologne seeking a Senior Service Manager to lead B2B key account relationships within the energy sector. This role focuses on managing complex mobile communications solutions for critical infrastructure clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive account management and strategic oversight for B2B key accounts in the energy industry
• Own service delivery for operational mobile communications solutions, ensuring seamless performance for enterprise clients
• Develop, analyze, and present regular service reports to top-tier customers and internal leadership
• Monitor, manage, and continuously improve agreed SLA frameworks and performance metrics
• Execute active stakeholder management with both client organizations and internal technical teams
• Maintain high standards of service quality, process excellence, and overall delivery quality
• Lead customer projects from planning through implementation and performance tracking
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies to navigate complex client requirements

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience as a Service Manager in B2B environments, ideally with enterprise clients in energy or critical infrastructure sectors
• Proven expertise in customer service within IT or telecommunications providers
• Professional presence with excellent communication and presentation skills across operational, management, and executive levels
• Strong service orientation and quality-focused mindset
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented work approach
• Fluent German language skills required; good English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cologne; hybrid work model available
