Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential property management organization seeking a Senior WEG Administrator to join their modern, remote-first team. In this role, you will work more strategically than in traditional property management positions, serving as the primary point of contact for property councils while our client's specialized support structure handles administrative tasks.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing relationships with property councils and leading residential communities through the year with confidence and expertise
• Moderating hybrid and digital homeowner assemblies using proprietary software platforms
• Serving as a liaison to the product team, providing feedback to help develop tools that improve the daily work of property administrators
• Optional participation in client acquisition activities, with attractive incentive opportunities

You will be supported by dedicated teams handling customer success inquiries, maintenance coordination, accounting and financial reporting, and AI-powered automation of documentation and routine tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in WEG (residential property ownership) administration with deep knowledge of industry challenges and compliance requirements
• Certified Administrator qualification per § 26a WEG or comparable certification
• Strong ownership mindset with desire to actively rethink processes rather than simply following established procedures
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust and demonstrate competence with property councils
• Fluency in German is required for this position
