Senior Kalkulator – Schlüsselfertiger Hochbau (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction organization specializing in timber building and turnkey projects. Our client seeks a Senior Estimator for turnkey high-rise construction to join their team in a key position with genuine decision-making authority.

In this role, you will:

• Independently create and coordinate cost estimates and proposals for turnkey construction projects, from initial evaluation through contract award, involving internal and external specialists
• Actively shape and develop digital estimation processes and relevant interface areas
• Support the team in contract management and accompany contractual negotiations between clients and contractors
• Obtain and evaluate price inquiries from planning and project partners
• Develop alternative proposals and technical solutions to optimize costs, energy efficiency, and sustainability

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; alternatively, certification as a construction technician or master craftsman with relevant estimation experience
• Several years of practical experience in cost estimation for turnkey high-rise construction projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of high-rise building construction methods
• Strong cost awareness and numerical understanding
• Ability to lead and coordinate planning teams as part of the estimation process
• Proficiency with cost estimation software; experience with RIB iTWO is ideal
• Structured, independent working style with ability to focus on essentials in complex projects
