About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential PropTech client seeking an experienced Senior Property Administrator (WEG-Verwalter:in) to join their growing team. This role can be performed 100% remotely from anywhere in Germany or from their Hamburg office.

Our client has reimagined condominium association management by combining proprietary AI software with experienced professionals and robust operational support. Managing 10,000+ units nationwide, they've proven their model scales while freeing administrators from administrative chaos.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work more strategically than in traditional property management environments. You'll be the primary point of contact for board members while a structured support system handles administrative burden:

• Board Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with association boards, guiding communities confidently throughout the year
• Assembly Facilitation: Lead hybrid and digital owner assemblies using proprietary meeting software
• Product Collaboration: Act as liaison to the product team, helping shape software that solves real administrator challenges
• Growth Participation (Optional): Opportunity to engage new clients with attractive performance incentives

You'll be supported by dedicated teams handling customer success tickets, maintenance coordination, accounting and invoicing, plus AI automation for documentation and daily operations.

What We're Looking For

• Professional Experience: Proven background in WEG (condominium association) administration with deep knowledge of industry challenges
• Certification: "Zertifizierter Verwalter" qualification per § 26a WEG or comparable credentials
• Ownership Mindset: You're eager to rethink processes rather than simply follow standard procedures
• Communication Skills: Confident presence with ability to earn board confidence through competence and reliability
• German Language: Native or fluent proficiency required for board and owner interactions
