About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking a motivated working student to support their Finance & Accounting team in München. This role offers hands-on experience in a modern, tech-driven finance function within an internationally growing company. You'll primarily support the accounting team with daily operations and month-end closing activities, while gaining exposure to reporting, financial planning & analysis, and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Support the accounting team with day-to-day operations, including accounts payable tasks such as invoice processing, account reconciliation, and document management
• Assist with preparatory activities for monthly and annual financial closings
• Support data preparation and analysis for reporting purposes and ad-hoc requests
• Contribute to the improvement and automation of finance processes, including implementation of tools and AI solutions
• Take ownership of smaller projects and ad-hoc tasks across the finance department as needed

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student, ideally with focus in business administration, finance, accounting, or business informatics
• Meticulous, structured, and reliable working style with comfort working with numbers
• Affinity for processes, tools, and systems with interest in automation and AI
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking on responsibility early
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability for approximately 16-20 hours per week (flexible during exam periods)
