Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential civil engineering organization in Osnabrück seeking a Kalkulator (m/w/d) to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Prepare cost estimates for civil engineering, road construction, and infrastructure projects
• Create bills of quantities and perform quantity takeoffs
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Develop tender and contract cost calculations
• Participate in contract negotiations and prepare variation cost estimates
• Coordinate with project management and procurement teams

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or qualification as a construction technician (Bautechniker)
• Proven experience in cost estimation within civil engineering or infrastructure construction
• Proficiency with cost estimation software such as iTWO, RIB, or Nevaris
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cost awareness
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level)
