Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential construction organization in Cologne seeking an experienced Kalkulator for civil engineering and bridge construction projects. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Preparing cost estimates for civil engineering, road construction, and infrastructure projects
- Creating bills of quantities and performing quantity take-offs using digital measurement tools
- Obtaining and evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers
- Developing tender calculations and contract cost estimates
- Supporting contract negotiations and preparing variation order calculations
- Coordinating closely with project management and procurement teams
What We're Looking For
- Degree in civil engineering or qualification as a construction technician (Bautechniker)
- Proven experience in cost estimation for civil engineering and infrastructure projects
- Proficiency with modern cost estimation software such as iTWO, RIB, or Nevaris
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cost awareness
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level required)

Pay
Pay via Get A Job.ai: €75,000–€105,000 annually, with performance bonuses for successful projects.
