Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) in the United States. This is a contract position supporting full-cycle recruitment for product, engineering, IT, and security teams across a globally distributed organization.

You'll partner with leadership to build and execute recruiting strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring experiences while working across multiple time zones including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes from sourcing through offer acceptance for technical roles
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified passive candidates for current and future needs
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and creative sourcing approaches
• Serve as the main point of contact for both candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
• Contribute to recruiting projects and initiatives that enhance processes for team members, candidates, and interview panels
• Leverage recruiting tools and platforms to discover and engage top technical talent
• Collaborate with interview teams to create exceptional candidate experiences
• Maintain flexibility to engage with teams across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones as needed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent in high-tech or SaaS environments
• Proven track record hiring for globally scaled engineering organizations
• Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms
• Experience incorporating AI tools into recruiting workflows
• Solid understanding of compensation structures and ability to negotiate complete offer packages
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate experience focus with strong closing skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders and cross-functional teams
• Experience operating in data-driven recruiting environments with ability to track and leverage key metrics
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones including US, EMEA, and APAC
