English-Chinese Bilingual Speaker – Voice Recording

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology client seeking bilingual English-Chinese speakers in Japan for a flexible, project-based voice recording assignment. This is not a traditional employment role—there are no fixed hours, no long-term commitment, and you work entirely on your own schedule from home.

If you naturally code-switch between English and Chinese in everyday conversation, our client wants to hear from you. You'll record short voice clips the way you actually talk—mixing both languages organically, just as you would with friends or family.

Responsibilities

• Record 1-2 minute voice clips responding to prompts or reacting to short videos
• Speak naturally, switching between English and Chinese as you normally would in casual conversation
• Complete a few clips per recording session at your convenience
• Ensure recordings are clear, free of background noise, and meet quality standards for approval

What We're Looking For

• Language: Fully bilingual—fluent or native in both English and Chinese, with natural code-switching habits in everyday speech
• Equipment: Any recording device (smartphone is fine)—no studio or specialized equipment required
• Recording environment: A quiet space free from background music, TV, traffic, or other voices
• Audio quality: Clear voice close to the microphone, no echo, single speaker only. A headset or earbuds with a mic is helpful but not mandatory
• Location: Based in Japan

Note: Clean, quiet audio is critical. Background noise or unclear speech may affect recording approval and payment.
