Senior Technical Recruiter

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI productivity organization seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team in Berlin. This role operates on a hybrid working model, combining focused remote work with collaborative in-person sessions that build trust and drive innovation.

As the Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll take complete ownership of the technical recruiting funnel—from initial sourcing through successful onboarding. You'll design and optimize every stage of the candidate journey, partner strategically with hiring managers, and build the pipelines that support diverse, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex technical roles
• Build and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on talent strategy
• Develop and continuously improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks to maximize efficiency and reduce funnel drop-off
• Analyze recruiting funnel data to identify trends and drive process improvements
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, reflecting organizational values
• Own and amplify employment branding initiatives strategically
• Lead advanced diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the recruiting journey
• Champion cross-team alignment and ensure seamless communication from sourcing through onboarding

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of relevant recruiting experience focused on technical teams
• Passion for delivering outstanding candidate experiences
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships
• Strong pattern-matching abilities and continuous learning mindset
• Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and operates proactively with independence
• Experience with data-driven decision making and funnel optimization
• Track record of successful stakeholder management and partnership building

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €70,000 – €125,000
