About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology client in their search for a Paid Media Manager based in the United Kingdom. This is a remote-first position with the option to work from offices in Dublin, London, New York, or Warsaw.

Our client is a rapidly scaling organization serving millions of users globally, from startups to large enterprises. They're looking for a performance-driven paid media professional to own full-funnel acquisition strategy across self-serve, developer, and enterprise segments, with a particular focus on emerging channels including Reddit, Snapchat, and programmatic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and enterprise customer segments
• Build and optimize scalable paid acquisition systems with close attention to CAC, payback periods, and conversion quality
• Manage channel mix and budget allocation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging paid platforms
• Run high-velocity creative testing programs in partnership with creative teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with landing-page, lifecycle, product marketing, and sales teams to align full-funnel customer journeys
• Execute rapid A/B testing cycles, analyze performance data, iterate quickly, and document learnings
• Instrument tracking, attribution, and reporting infrastructure to ensure paid impact is measurable across the funnel
• Drive experimentation velocity and platform diversification to identify untapped growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated success scaling paid programs profitably across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and additional channels
• Hands-on platform expertise—you've personally built and optimized campaigns, not solely managed external agencies
• Strong analytical capabilities with deep understanding of attribution, tracking methodologies, and LTV vs CAC economics
• Proven experience running creative testing initiatives and partnering with creative teams on high-performing ad concepts
• Track record aligning campaigns to full-funnel journeys across both self-serve and sales-led motions
• Excellent communication skills with ability to write high-intent copy and brief creative teams effectively
• Comfort thriving in high-ownership, fast-paced environments and building systems from the ground up

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience marketing to technical audiences such as developers or API users
• Familiarity with both self-serve and sales-led go-to-market motions
• Experience building reporting systems or collaborating with data/BI teams
