About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential conversational AI platform working with enterprise clients across multiple sectors. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs a talented communications professional to lead their European presence from London.

This is a high-impact role where you'll set the standard for communications in a founder-led, fast-moving technology company. You'll own the full spectrum of external awareness—from social media and press relations to public speaking engagements—while working closely with the broader marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead all external communications activities for the European market
• Develop and execute strategies to raise brand awareness through press, social media, and thought leadership
• Manage relationships with journalists and media outlets across European markets
• Coordinate public speaking opportunities and executive visibility initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
• Handle sensitive and confidential communications with professionalism and sound judgment
• Contribute to the broader marketing communications function as needed

What We're Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to experiment and take calculated risks
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to execution
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining composure under pressure
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work consistently
• Creative thinking with the ability to drive conversation in enterprise technology PR
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required)
• Low-ego team player who builds strong relationships at all levels
• Deep understanding of press dynamics and social media, gained through corporate, government, or journalism experience
• Sound judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively
• Experience working with European media markets (UK, France, Spain, Germany preferred)
• Background in fast-paced technology companies is a strong advantage

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £120,000 – £160,000 plus equity participation.
