Growth Marketer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-moving technology company building AI-powered software for consumer brands. Our client is in an exciting growth phase and needs a talented Growth Marketer to help scale their reach across multiple channels.

This is a hands-on role based in London where you'll have real ownership over growth initiatives. You won't be executing someone else's playbook—you'll be building the engine as you go, testing what works, and scaling the winners.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more growth channels end-to-end, from strategy through execution to results
• Generate qualified leads and drive product signups through paid advertising, SEO, outbound campaigns, content marketing, or lifecycle programs
• Design and run rapid experiments across messaging, audiences, funnels, and offers
• Build high-converting landing pages and optimize every step of the customer journey
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, copywriting, targeting, and campaign automation
• Track performance metrics rigorously and communicate clear insights about what's working
• Collaborate directly with leadership on positioning, messaging, and strategic priorities

What We're Looking For

• A fast learner who can quickly master new channels and tactics
• Someone hungry to become truly exceptional at growth marketing
• Comfort working with data, attribution models, and turning insights into action
• A self-starter who can take a goal and figure out how to achieve it independently
• Experience using AI and modern tools to work more efficiently than traditional approaches
• Hands-on experience with any combination of paid ads, SEO, outbound, content marketing, or lifecycle campaigns is a plus
• Previous work with B2C brands or early-stage companies is beneficial but not required
