We are representing a confidential AI technology company in their search for a Pricing Strategy & Operations professional based in London. Our client is transforming how enterprise organizations serve their customers through conversational AI platforms, working with major brands across retail, financial services, healthcare, and telecommunications.

As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're looking for a pricing strategist who will partner with sales teams to develop pricing proposals, build ROI case studies, and execute complex deals. You'll collaborate across product, marketing, and operations to shape overall pricing and packaging strategy in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pricing proposals and ROI case studies for enterprise customers
• Support sales teams in executing complex customer deals and partnerships
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to define pricing and packaging strategy
• Navigate sales cycles and negotiate customer partnerships
• Apply data-driven decision-making to GTM operations
• Adapt pricing strategies in a high-growth technology environment

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, banking, strategy, or business operations
• Experience negotiating complex customer partnerships
• Familiarity with navigating enterprise sales cycles
• Strong understanding of developing GTM operations using data-driven approaches
• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Startup experience in GTM operations, specifically SaaS pricing, sales, marketing, and operations strongly preferred

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in partnerships, business development, or value engineering roles
• Familiarity with AI or conversational AI technologies
• Previous startup or fast-paced high-growth environment experience, especially in early-stage companies
