Senior HRBP

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior HRBP to join their remote-first operation across Europe. This strategic role combines hands-on people partnership with recruitment leadership, offering significant influence over organizational culture, performance, and talent strategy in a growing technology company.

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders while also leading the talent acquisition function and team. This position reports directly to the Global Head of People and provides a clear pathway to broader leadership opportunities within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic people plans aligned with company objectives
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and team effectiveness
• Build and nurture a high-performance culture through robust feedback, development, and performance practices
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment strategy and hiring process, partnering with leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent
• Lead, coach, and develop members of the Talent Acquisition Team, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Drive engagement and retention initiatives that improve employee experience and strengthen company culture
• Use people analytics and HR data to identify trends, solve business challenges, and shape people strategy
• Champion organizational development initiatives, including capability building, leadership development, and change management
• Leverage AI and innovative HR practices to improve productivity and decision-making
• Act as a strategic thought partner during periods of transformation, growth, and organizational change

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or People Partner experience
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams
• Proven experience leading end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives
• Experience supporting fast-paced SaaS, technology, startup, or scale-up environments
• Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership coaching
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate business strategy into people initiatives
• Experience using HR metrics, workforce analytics, and data-driven decision-making
• Proven track record of leveraging AI and technology to improve HR processes and outcomes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in remote-first, distributed international organizations
• Exposure to European employment environments and multi-country workforce management
• HR-related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience
• Based in Germany, Spain, Italy, or another European location
