Customer Experience Specialist – German Speaker

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Customer Experience Specialist with native German language skills. This role is based in Berlin and offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing platform that serves thousands of businesses across Europe and beyond.

Our client operates in the business software space, focusing on workflow automation and enterprise tooling. As part of their Customer Care team, you'll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a timely and knowledgeable manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues while providing accurate information and following up as needed
• Document interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
• Take ownership of incoming requests from customers, including the creation of tickets for internal teams
• Track incidents and bugs through to resolution
• Answer and handle customer inquiries for customers in Germany, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe
• Serve as the first point of contact internally for knowledge on operational use of the software

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in English and German is required; additional European languages are a plus
• Background in finance and/or accounting is a strong plus
• Operational experience with high volumes of external customer inquiries and internal team clarifications
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks at high frequency
• Structured and detail-oriented approach to work
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment (3 days per week in-office)
