Portfolio Growth Lead (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential proptech organization that is transforming how residential properties are managed across Germany. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs a Portfolio Growth Lead to build their revenue engine from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to own growth strategy and execution in a high-impact role where you'll report directly to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the complete growth playbook for property management acquisition—you'll be starting from zero with full autonomy to choose your approach
• Run full-cycle sales from lead generation through contract signature, testing and optimizing channels including direct outreach, partnerships, and digital marketing
• Travel to regional offices across Germany to collaborate with local managing directors and understand market dynamics
• Build repeatable processes that scale: establish a working playbook within 180 days that can drive millions in annual revenue
• Report directly to the VP of Property Management with regular strategic input to C-level leadership

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German (C2 level) required—you'll be engaging directly with German homeowners and property stakeholders
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an in-office position in Prenzlauer Berg
• Proven 0-to-1 sales experience—you've built sales pipelines from scratch and ideally done it more than once
• Comfortable with regular domestic travel to regional locations
• Energized by ambiguity and the opportunity to be the first growth hire building systems without a template
• Self-directed with strong experimental mindset—you know how to test, learn, and iterate quickly
