Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential visual technology client in their search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on a contract basis. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role supporting a fast-growing organization that serves e-commerce businesses globally.

This 3-4 month contract runs through year-end at 4-5 days per week, with potential for renewal. You'll be based in Paris with approximately 3 days per week on-site for regular collaboration with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment cycles from intake through offer across multiple business functions simultaneously
• Manage 5-7 active searches at any given time spanning GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering roles
• Source proactively for the majority of your searches, focusing on quality outreach and building genuinely diverse candidate pipelines
• Partner directly with hiring managers to refine role requirements, calibrate on candidate profiles, and guide selection decisions
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience with timely, meaningful feedback at every stage
• Identify process improvements and build automations to increase efficiency while maintaining quality
• Leverage AI tools and technology to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance sourcing effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in-house, embedded, or agency-side with demonstrated ability to hire across diverse functions
• Proven track record owning full-cycle searches and partnering directly with hiring managers, not just delivering candidate lists
• Strong proactive sourcing skills with examples of difficult searches you've successfully filled
• Ability to quickly ramp up on unfamiliar functions through research, stakeholder conversations, and independent judgment
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders across all business areas
• Hands-on experience with recruiting tools and automation—you should be able to point to specific workflows, automations, or AI-assisted processes you've implemented
• Experience with ATS platforms (Ashby preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools like Claude or similar
• Based in or around Paris with availability to start on short notice, ideally early October
• Comfortable with regular on-site presence (approximately 3 days weekly) in central Paris

Pay
