(Senior) SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant – Full Remot

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international organization seeking a Senior SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant for a full-time remote position based in the United States. Our client requires technical leadership and hands-on expertise to support their cloud collaboration platform.

In this role, you will:

• Provide technical guidance aligned with enterprise ICT strategy for SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure services
• Deliver technical advisory and support for O365 environments with emphasis on SharePoint Online
• Develop SharePoint solution architectures that meet business domain requirements
• Manage transition planning and integration support for external solutions within SharePoint Online
• Collaborate with development teams to evaluate new technologies, provide architectural review, and recommend third-party tools

Schedule requirement: Candidates must be available to work at least 4-5 hours during New York business hours daily.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience with O365 and deploying configured solutions to meet organizational requirements
• Proven experience planning and executing migrations from legacy platforms to SharePoint Online
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Working knowledge of PowerShell for solution deployment and automated installations
• Familiarity with SharePoint migration and management tools such as ShareGate and similar platforms
• Fluent English communication skills required

This position is available for W2 employees or independent contractors on a long-term basis.
