Solutions Partner Manager (100% remote)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential blockchain technology organization in their search for a Solutions Partner Manager to join their rapidly growing ecosystem team. This is a 100% remote position open to candidates worldwide.

Our client operates at the forefront of digital finance infrastructure, working with exchanges, payment processors, and financial institutions globally. As their partner network expands, they need an experienced professional to manage and enable their consulting firms, system integrators, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for all solutions partners in the implementation ecosystem
• Lead partner onboarding, including due diligence, contract execution, and certification program coordination
• Assess partner capabilities, delivery maturity, technical resources, and certified consultant capacity
• Oversee partner-led implementations to ensure alignment with methodology, quality standards, and timelines
• Participate in project kick-offs, milestone reviews, and governance checkpoints across the partner portfolio
• Validate partner deliverables including configurations, integration setups, and testing documentation
• Manage escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal technical, support, and product teams
• Monitor KPIs such as project success rate, customer satisfaction, and partner delivery quality
• Conduct quarterly partner performance reviews and develop improvement plans as needed
• Maintain visibility over the entire portfolio of partner-led projects, tracking delivery risks and resourcing gaps
• Ensure partners receive appropriate technical support during implementations
• Manage partner lifecycle including renewal, re-certification, and tiering programs
• Coordinate with customer success, delivery, support, product, and training teams for smooth handoffs
• Provide feedback from partner projects to improve product quality and implementation processes

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years in Partner Management, Delivery Management, Professional Services, or Project Governance roles
• Proven experience working with implementation partners, system integrators, or consulting firms
• Strong understanding of software/IT implementation processes including integration, configuration, change management, UAT, and go-live phases
• Experience in partner-led delivery models or partner certification programs
• Background in SaaS, fintech, blockchain, or enterprise software environments strongly preferred
• Knowledge of partner governance tools, PMO frameworks, and quality assurance processes
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required; additional languages a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams across multiple time zones
• Strong analytical skills for monitoring partner performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities
