Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant (Home based) (Weybridge, GB)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SAP consulting organization seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant to join their UKI consulting practice. This home-based role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, delivering implementations, enhancements, and ongoing advisory services across the SuccessFactors platform.

You'll collaborate with a strong virtual team across Europe, working primarily on Employee Central with opportunities to expand into additional modules. The position involves minimal travel and offers genuine work-life balance in a supportive, non-hierarchical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to optimize SuccessFactors solutions
• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module to meet client specifications
• Prepare comprehensive project documentation including workbooks, blueprints, and test scripts
• Coordinate configuration activities with onshore and offshore teams to ensure alignment with client needs
• Support existing clients with solution recommendations, fixes, and advisory services
• Participate in full testing cycles, manage defect resolution, and raise SAP support tickets as needed
• Assist with HR environment setup across client landscapes, including cutover activities and instance migrations
• Deliver end-user training and create high-quality documentation for knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with SuccessFactors specialists across the organization to deliver integrated solutions
• Produce final handover documentation ensuring smooth transition to support teams
• Maintain regular communication with functional teams and customer stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including leading delivery projects
• Proven track record of full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations from design through go-live
• Current SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (required)
• Experience with additional modules such as Time Management, Onboarding, Compensation, or Performance & Goals (strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with SAP/ECP Payroll and replication processes (beneficial)
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities with demonstrated problem-solving skills
• High level of accountability and ability to perform under pressure
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in virtual team environments
• Willingness to mentor colleagues and contribute to team development
• Demonstrated agile mindset with curiosity and commitment to continuous learning
