Senior Sales Manager Bildungsverwaltung (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential public-sector technology organization seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the education administration vertical. In this role, you will independently manage key accounts within the education sector and take full ownership of strategic sales planning and execution. Part-time arrangements are available.

• Develop new business opportunities with education administration clients and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in the sector
• Create and execute a go-to-market strategy, actively driving new project generation and business development initiatives
• Prepare proposals and presentations in close collaboration with bid management and delivery teams
• Lead pricing strategy, cross-functional quality management, and coordinate interdisciplinary proposal teams
• Manage and expand large framework contracts
• Support and develop sales and marketing campaigns

What We're Looking For

• Strong passion and enthusiasm for digitalization and transformation initiatives
• Deep understanding of themes and stakeholders within education administration
• Extensive experience in sales, consulting, or agency environments with public sector exposure
• High IT affinity and genuine interest in emerging technologies
• Confident presence with a high degree of initiative and autonomy
• Strong communication skills with an intuitive sense for client needs
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Existing network within federal education administration is a significant plus
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
