About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential premium menswear retailer with a location in London's White City. Our client seeks a Senior Sales Advisor to join their team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who excels at building client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as defined by store leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and active listening
• Collaborate effectively with team members to create a supportive, high-performance environment
• Deliver excellent customer experiences through product knowledge, tailored storytelling, and personalized service
• Analyze key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to improve store results
• Maintain professionalism and composure during high-pressure periods
• Manage daily priorities and time effectively to maximize productivity
• Translate commercial objectives into measurable results on the sales floor

What We're Looking For

• Minimum three years of sales experience in premium fashion or menswear retail
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a luxury retail environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Consistent work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to remain positive and constructive under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
