Senior Recruiter (Contract) – U.S. or LATAM

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential mid-sized contract research organization with a global footprint and over 3,500 professionals driving clinical trial innovation. We're seeking a Senior Recruiter on a contract basis to support their U.S. or LATAM operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape talent acquisition strategies for an organization dedicated to advancing clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies for clinical research and operational roles
• Partner with hiring managers to document position requirements and create detailed job requisitions
• Identify and leverage appropriate recruiting channels for advertising and posting key positions
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing and networking
• Pre-screen candidates, conduct interviews, and document evaluation processes
• Support hiring managers in developing competitive compensation packages for new hires
• Coordinate employment background checks and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Manage relationships with third-party recruiting partners to support talent needs
• Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking systems
• Provide recruitment analytics and process improvement recommendations
• Mentor junior recruiting team members

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience: 4+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to represent an employer brand and create positive candidate experiences
• Demonstrated assertiveness and ability to drive recruiting processes with hiring stakeholders
• High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience in clinical operations environments is highly advantageous but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
