About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical organization seeking a Channel Coordinator for their operations in Barranquilla, Colombia. This role offers the opportunity to lead commercial strategy execution and team development within the pharmacy distribution channel. Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and strategic management of the distribution channel, ensuring proper execution of marketing, commercial, and trade marketing strategies
- Direct and develop a team of demand representatives, providing coaching and performance management
- Strengthen relationships with strategic clients and key accounts within the pharmacy channel
- Identify growth opportunities and market expansion possibilities
- Ensure achievement of commercial KPIs and performance indicators
- Oversee negotiation processes and client management activities
- Contribute to sustainable channel growth and overall business objectives
- Conduct market analysis and implement data-driven decision-making
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial roles, sales, trade marketing, or related areas
- Experience leading and developing commercial teams
- Proven track record in negotiation, client management, and commercial KPI tracking
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector, consumer goods, and/or pharmacy channel is highly desirable
