Global Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential travel technology organization seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in Berlin. Our client is a fast-growing B2B marketplace connecting transportation providers with major online retailers across 70+ countries. This is a strategic hiring role supporting their Go-To-Market teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from intake through offer acceptance across Business functions
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to refine requirements, calibrate on candidates, and maintain hiring standards
• Develop sourcing strategies for passive talent using Boolean search, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence across travel tech, marketplaces, and B2B SaaS sectors
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and ensure assessment consistency
• Analyze hiring data including funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness to drive process improvements
• Maintain ATS accuracy and support employer branding initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in talent acquisition with in-house experience and demonstrable full-cycle ownership
• Proven track record sourcing, assessing, negotiating, and closing senior hires independently
• Ability to hold credible conversations about product discovery, roadmaps, and business metrics
• Experience hiring across both Tech and Business functions
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior hiring managers, including the ability to redirect stalled searches and deliver difficult market feedback
• Demonstrated success building pipelines of active and passive candidates with strong closing rates
• Data fluency with the ability to build funnel views and use metrics to drive decisions
• Curious mindset with a research orientation and openness to feedback
• Comfort working in fast-moving, global, diverse startup environments
• Proficiency with ATS systems and data management
• Fluent English, both verbal and written
