About This Opportunity
We are representing a well-funded fintech client in London who is transforming how businesses manage their financial operations. This is a hybrid Business Development Representative role for someone who wants to break into or accelerate their career in B2B SaaS sales.
Our talent team is looking for a high-energy BDR who thrives on outbound activity, loves the hunt, and wants to work with cutting-edge technology in the enterprise software space.
Responsibilities
- Drive high-volume lead generation through creative outbound strategies
- Engage with prospects via cold calling, cold emailing, and multi-channel outreach
- Generate 10-15 sales-qualified leads per month consistently
- Keep Account Executives' calendars full with qualified meetings
- Conduct discovery conversations with C-level executives and finance leaders
- Experiment with go-to-market processes to improve sales velocity and conversion rates
- Track, A/B test, and optimize outbound efforts using data-driven insights
- Share prospect feedback with marketing and product teams to inform strategy
- Continuously improve reply rates and conversion metrics month over month
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an outbound sales role (SDR/BDR)
- Track record of generating 10-15 SQLs per month with high outbound activity
- Strong cold calling and cold emailing skills
- Comfort engaging with C-level prospects and handling objections
- Experience with sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot or Salesforce
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance and run A/B tests
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency—you take ownership and make things happen
- High energy and growth mindset with drive to succeed in tech sales
- Ability to develop deep product understanding quickly

Pay
This role offers a base salary of £50,000–£65,000 with OTE (on-target earnings) of £100,000–£130,000, uncapped commission structure. The position also includes equity compensation valued at £20,000–£40,000.
Additional benefits through the client include private medical insurance, mental health support, fertility benefits, group life insurance, workplace pension, flexible PTO (28 days including public holidays), learning and development budget, and team meetups.
