Product Manager – Code Data

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential medical technology organization in their search for a Product Manager focused on clinical data solutions. This upstream product leadership role offers the opportunity to shape innovative healthcare software that supports emergency and acute care delivery across diverse healthcare settings.

We are seeking candidates anywhere in the United States for this remote position. Please note that immigration sponsorship (H1B, TN, STEM, OPT, etc.) is not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio vision and roadmap development for clinical data products based on deep understanding of customer, market, and business requirements
• Define and deliver products that anticipate marketplace needs, crafting business models and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Serve as Voice of the Customer, developing requirements and proposing new product concepts for assigned products
• Act as Product Owner during development processes, ensuring customer and market needs are successfully translated into technical requirements
• Maintain fluency in clinical workflows and product use cases across emergency medical services, hospital, and public safety markets
• Drive cross-functional alignment with product managers, market managers, and development teams to ensure integration requirements are communicated and implemented
• Coordinate project timelines and expectations between team members and leadership, driving timely execution against established priorities
• Develop business plans that expand market opportunities and analyze competitive offerings to identify key differentiators
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to support overall business objectives

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3-7 years of relevant product management and/or market experience
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into clear product requirements
• Proven track record developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Experience managing concurrent, complex projects with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer messaging
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable working hands-on to achieve results

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agile software product management experience
• Healthcare data or clinical informatics background
• Experience working in geographically diverse, matrixed organizations

Compensation

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $102,900 to $128,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual performance bonus. Final compensation will be based on geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
