Senior Product Manager – Salesforce & Internal Enablement (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential home services platform organization seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead their Salesforce and internal enablement initiatives. In this role, you will transform core CRM and operational infrastructure that powers sales teams and customer care functions.

You will define and execute a strategic product roadmap that translates growth goals into a modern, scalable Salesforce ecosystem. Your work will involve combining user research, process analysis, and quantitative data to identify root problems and validate high-impact opportunities systematically.

Key responsibilities include:

• Challenging legacy workflows to design reusable capabilities, clean data flows, and clear technical boundaries between Salesforce and connected systems
• Making evidence-based decisions to prioritize your backlog, focusing on business growth and operational scalability
• Partnering closely with Salesforce Architects, Administrators, Data teams, and Engineers to manage the product lifecycle and release testable, incremental value quickly
• Aligning business stakeholders across Sales and Operations, actively guiding internal teams through training, change management, and process adoption
• Tracking clear success metrics to measure operational efficiency gains while exploring AI applications to continuously optimize workflows and user outcomes

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a Senior Product Manager with a proven track record driving large-scale CRM transformations and deep hands-on expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem. Salesforce certifications are a strong plus.

Required qualifications:

• Expertise in continuous product discovery and translating high-level business goals into measurable, outcome-based metrics
• Strong understanding of system architecture, data synchronization, and API-based integrations between Salesforce and complex adjacent tools
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional teams and actively drive product adoption across all organizational levels
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows for research, technical discovery, or prototyping to boost productivity and innovation
• Business fluency in both English and German is required to effectively collaborate with tech teams and drive change management with local operational staff

Location: Berlin, Germany with hybrid work arrangements. Monthly presence in office for team days, workshops, and meetings is required.
