Werkstudent*in Finance Projects & Systems (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure organization seeking a working student to support their Finance Projects & Systems team in Düsseldorf. In this role, you will contribute to challenging finance and ERP system projects while building practical experience alongside your studies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the team in implementing strategic finance projects and ERP system development initiatives
• Independently contributing to ERP system administration tasks, including user management, master data management, and process documentation
• Assisting with coordination and communication between system key users, functional departments (Accounting, Controlling, Procurement, Treasury), and external implementation partners
• Taking on operational tasks in the ERP environment as well as project management activities based on your interests and skills

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a currently enrolled student, ideally studying Business Administration, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable program. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong interest in financial processes, digitalization, AI transformation, and modern ERP systems
• Initial practical experience from internships, working student positions, or university projects
• A careful, structured, and reliable working style
• Basic understanding of technical, organizational, and financial processes in a corporate environment
• Confidence using standard office applications
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong teamwork abilities, high degree of initiative, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to quickly learn new topics and manage them independently
• Availability for a minimum of 12 months
