Senior Product Manager – SaaS

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization in the UK property technology space. Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a strategic product area that combines digital product development with AI-driven initiatives. This is a high-autonomy role based in Manchester with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap development, and outcome delivery for a defined product area
• Lead AI integration initiatives, including workflow automation and productization of AI capabilities
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and translate insights into prioritized product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and senior leadership to drive execution and secure stakeholder buy-in
• Balance multiple workstreams across customer-facing digital products and internal productivity tools
• Measure and report on product impact and commercial outcomes
• Coach team members and contribute to product management best practices
• Support cross-functional alignment during organizational growth phases

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B or SaaS product management with demonstrated commercial impact
• Experience owning product strategy end-to-end in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management abilities across multiple departments and seniority levels
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into product workflows (e.g., Claude Code or similar platforms)
• Ability to operate autonomously and turn ambiguous problems into clear priorities
• Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate product decisions and results
• Strategic thinking combined with willingness to be hands-on with discovery and delivery
• Must be eligible to work in the UK

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £60,000 - £75,000 depending on experience

This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid working (up to 3 days per week remote). The role is based in Manchester.
