Senior Product Manager

The Opportunity

This Senior Product Manager opening with Pureinsurance in 2 Locations centers on leading the full product lifecycle for key initiatives. You will clarify priorities, convert needs into actionable plans, and guide delivery that meets both user and business objectives. Your Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while balancing short-term wins with long-range goals.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to gather input, resolve trade-offs, and ship high-quality features.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market reviews to surface opportunities and validate concepts before build.
• Prioritize the backlog based on impact, effort, and alignment with company objectives; clearly communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Define success metrics, track product performance after launch, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Author clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable efficient execution by delivery teams.
• Champion customer advocacy internally and ensure product decisions remain centered on real user value.
• Facilitate planning, demo, and review sessions to maintain visibility and momentum across the organization.

Skills & Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with end-to-end ownership of products or major features.
• Strong ability to translate business needs and user insights into prioritized product plans and technical requirements.
• Proven success collaborating with engineers, designers, and non-technical partners in matrixed environments.
• Analytical mindset with fluency in metrics, experimentation fundamentals, and data-informed decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for influence without formal authority and for clear documentation.
• Familiarity with modern product development practices, roadmapping tools, and agile or iterative delivery methods.
• Self-directed problem solver who thrives when connecting strategy to execution and handling ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
