About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital consultancy seeking a Senior Product Manager for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a remote position for candidates based in the UK who are authorized to work without sponsorship. The role requires travel to client sites, with all travel expenses covered.

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll translate business vision into successful digital products that drive measurable results and enhance customer experiences. You'll balance high-level strategy with hands-on operational execution, collaborating closely with stakeholders, engineers, and designers to shape impactful product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into product strategy and execute through the delivery phase with engineering teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage product roadmaps
  • Lead ideation, development, and launch of features and products
  • Drive action across the organization to bring products to market
  • Plan and execute product launches, MVPs, and phased releases
  • Provide insights to stakeholders on products, competitors, technical innovations, and market trends
  • Write requirements as epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Define and adhere to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done
  • Support grooming and refinement ceremonies in collaboration with Tech Leads
  • Identify, document, and communicate risks, changes, or delays proactively
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives

What We're Looking For

  • Significant experience delivering at a senior level, including defining product-level OKRs
  • At least 3 years' experience delivering commercial impact at scale
  • Demonstrable experience leveraging AI in day-to-day product operations
  • Proven idea-to-launch product experience with product-level ownership
  • Hands-on experience delivering products in agile environments, collaborating directly with engineers and designers
  • Experience with early-stage products, new product development, and product modernization from discovery to MVP launch and beyond
  • Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders at C-Suite, VP, and Director levels across different business areas
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with mature judgment
  • Ability to define and lead product discovery workshops, including test-and-learn and A/B testing methodologies
  • Demonstrable experience delivering business and customer outcomes
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Professional proficiency in English
