Account Executive (Mid-Market) (Position located in Leeds, England)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking an Account Executive (Mid-Market) based in Leeds, England. In this role, you will identify and acquire new mid-market accounts to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining a robust pipeline through prospecting, lead follow-up, and reactivating existing opportunities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Acquiring mid-market new logo accounts within your assigned territory to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of business opportunities using various prospecting methods, adhering to lead cadence best practices, and conducting product demonstrations
• Articulating the value proposition of a comprehensive product suite and educating customers on how solutions strengthen their security posture
• Understanding organizational buying needs, identifying key decision makers, anticipating potential roadblocks, and mapping out next steps to shorten sales cycles
• Acting strategically when offering subscription levels, multi-year agreements, and negotiating pricing to maximize annual recurring revenue
• Maintaining accurate and thorough records of daily sales activities via Salesforce
• Collaborating with channel sales representatives to close new business through partner channels

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of experience selling to mid-market sized businesses. You are a stats-driven professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of mid-market sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Stats-driven and results-oriented approach
• Motivated, energetic self-starter with strong work ethic
• Strong collaborative and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with Gmail and Google Docs
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
• Ability to work with minimum supervision

Desirable qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent
• Familiarity with IT, security, or cybersecurity industry concepts and practices
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
