About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise technology organization seeking a Healthcare & Life Sciences Principal for the EMEA region, based in Staines. Our client is a data platform leader experiencing significant growth and working with hyperscalers, AI innovators, and technology ecosystem partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In this role, you will serve as the strategic driver for healthcare and life sciences market expansion across EMEA. You will own financial targets, orchestrate partner alliances, and bridge technical innovation with critical industry needs including digital transformation, AI adoption, and cloud migration. This is a true general management role within a specialized vertical, focused on creating high-impact go-to-market strategies with resellers and hyperscaler partners.

Responsibilities

• Own booking targets and financial performance for the healthcare and life sciences segment by developing and executing a multi-year strategic growth plan
• Drive and scale pipeline and bookings targets across the EMEA ecosystem, establishing clear qualification criteria and pipeline visibility
• Define and articulate the value proposition for Healthcare & Life Sciences to establish market leadership
• Author and launch strategic go-to-market plans with priority partners, aligning cross-functional teams including Partner Account Teams, Core Sales, Alliances, and Marketing
• Orchestrate strategic vertical alliances and operationalize relationships with key partners to secure reference architectures and joint go-to-market motions
• Equip sales teams and partners with specialized tools, training, and playbooks to successfully position and sell vertical solutions
• Train and align partner representatives to effectively articulate value propositions, economic differentiation, and technical sizing for healthcare compliance requirements
• Act as spokesperson for the vertical vision in customer meetings, industry events, analyst briefings, and media opportunities
• Build credibility as a principal advisor by shaping industry narrative around intelligent data foundations and enterprise AI adoption

What We're Looking For

• Proven success leading strategic business development or alliance management within the technology sector
• Deep understanding of customer solutions, cloud economics, and the specific regulatory, data, and compliance needs of the EMEA Healthcare and Life Sciences sector
• Track record of developing and executing global strategy in partnership with Product Management, Sales, and Engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution
• Strong ability to build trust and influence executive leaders across partner organizations
• Outstanding business acumen and communication skills
• Collaborative approach to thriving in fast-paced, cross-functional, and multi-cultural EMEA environments
• Ability to work effectively from a regional corporate office in Staines
• Willingness to travel 25–40% across the EMEA region as business needs require
