Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a profitable, fast-growing fintech platform trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. Our client is expanding their product management function and seeking multiple Senior Product Managers to join cross-functional teams.

This is a fully remote role open to candidates across LATAM and the USA. You'll work in a high-documentation, low-meeting environment that prioritizes async communication and deep work.

Responsibilities

• Own your team's product roadmap, working with stakeholders to determine priorities and create clarity when the path forward isn't obvious
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, market studies, and data analysis to inform product decisions
• Leverage AI tools to analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and competitive intelligence; build prototypes to illustrate approaches
• Collaborate with design and engineering throughout the build process, managing scope and removing blockers
• Drive product development primarily through written documentation rather than meetings
• Facilitate decision-making across teams, building consensus while maintaining forward momentum
• Measure and communicate the impact of shipped features

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager at technology companies
• 2+ years in a Product Manager role at a growth-stage startup
• Strong product intuition with the ability to identify optimal solutions to complex product challenges
• Excellent design judgment and technical fluency to collaborate effectively with designers and engineers
• Proven track record of translating strategy into prioritized, executable roadmaps
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a documentation-first culture
• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and drive work forward autonomously
• Genuine empathy for users and teammates, with a commitment to understanding their needs

Pay

Base salary for this role ranges from $225,000 to $300,000, plus equity. The client also offers 100% covered health insurance (US-based employees), unlimited PTO, and 12-16 weeks paid parental leave.
